Miss Divine
Miss Divine has become a well-established name on the UK & European circuit and is definitely one to look out for in the future.
After entering a DJ competition in 2000, she finished in 1st place only having 6 months' DJing experience which led to her first residency and her once a month set at Dare2B.
Koolwaters was held at the same venue and quickly became resident at Marc Vedo's award winning session, playing Hard House alongside the usual suspects: Lisa pin up, John Kelly and Anne savage among others. Her ability and comprising attitude towards rocking the Koolwaters dance floor very quickly set her on track to spin abroad and play in packed venues in places such as Tenerife, Belgium, Greece and Russia.
Besides weekends abroad she has also performed in Skegness for the "Max Power Weekender" where she supported Rebekka and Radio 1 DJ Spoony. Miss Divine has also played at music seminars at various locations around the country including 'PLASA' at Earl's court for her former corporate sponsors "Citronics" and at Birmingham NEC for "IDJ Magazine".
Miss Divine's salubrious talents are not just for clubs. Listeners to Vibe FM (formally known as Galaxy 101) have had the privilege of listening to her being interviewed on the dance show before playing alongside the infamous Farley 'Jack Master' Fun, which was broadcasted live across her native South West (of England). This has led to regular guest mixes on the show and various interviews for club nights that she has organized.
After playing the Hard House scene for 3 years, her new-found love for house music converted her to start playing Funky House in 2003. This was the biggest challenge yet of her career. But ultimately Sam's biggest achievement by far is completing a season in Ibiza this summer, working regularly in some of the islands best hot spots. This has undoubtedly given her the confidence to achieve anything that challenges her.
Already in huge demand, the sky really is the limit now for Miss Divine...
